dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα εργασία διενεργείται έρευνα μέσω ερωτηματολογίων προκειμένου να καταγραφούν οι εμπειρίες των επαγγελματιών ιδιωτών οδηγών ΕΔΧ ΤΑΞΙ που συμμετέχουν σε διαγωνισμούς παροχής σχολικών δρομολογίων, από την Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας. Στόχος είναι να αναδειχθούν τα, πιθανά, οφέλη που προκύπτουν από τη διενέργεια των διαγωνισμών, καθώς και τα προβλήματα, που πιθανώς, απασχολούν τον κλάδο των επαγγελματιών οδηγών, οι οποίοι αναλαμβάνουν την εκτέλεση μαθητικών δρομολογίων σε καθημερινή βάση. Ακόμα, φαίνεται πως οι κείμενες τροπολογίες απειλούν τον κλάδο, η παρούσα εργασία επιθυμεί να αναδείξει το βαθμό σημαντικότητας της συστηματικής ενίσχυσης που λαμβάνει ο κλάδος με την ενίσχυση του εισοδήματος των επαγγελματιών, κατόπιν συμμετοχής τους στους εν λόγω διαγωνισμούς. Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα τέθηκαν βάσει της πολυετούς εμπειρίας σε προετοιμασία προπαρασκευαστικών φακέλων για συμμετοχή στους εν λόγω διαγωνισμούς εκ μέρους του λογιστικού μου γραφείου με έδρα την Πάτρα. Τα ερωτηματολόγια διενεργήθηκαν αποκλειστικά σε επαγγελματίες ιδιοκτήτες ΤΑΞΙ της ΠΔΕ και ήδη μέλη του Δυναμικού Συστήματος Αγορών για μεταφορά μαθητών τα σχολικά έτη 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024 των Περιφερειακών Ενοτήτων της Αχαΐας, Ηλείας και Αιτωλοακαρνανίας όπου και συμμετέχουν στους μειοδοτικούς διαγωνισμούς.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	In this thesis, a survey is carried out through questionnaires in order to record the experiences of professional TAXI drivers who participate in competitions for the provision of school routes, from the Region of Western Greece. The aim is to highlight the possible benefits arising from the conduct of competitions, as well as the problems that probably concern the sector of professional drivers, who undertake the execution of student itineraries on a daily basis. Also, it seems that the amendments in question threaten the sector, this work wishes to highlight the degree of importance of the systematic support that the sector receives by enhancing the income of professionals, following their participation in the said competitions. The research questions were asked based on the many years of experience in preparing preparatory files for participation in the said tenders on behalf of my accounting office based in Patras. The questionnaires were carried out exclusively to professional TAXI owners of the RWG and already members of the Dynamic Purchase System for the transport of students in the school years 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022- 2023 & 2023-2024 of the Regional Units of Achaia, Ilia and Aitoloakarnania where they participate in competitive tenders. The work has a research character but also highlights some elements based on previous research or literature reviews, for this reason it can be characterized as a work of synthetic form, which as its main objective has the production of original material in statistical data, a product produced from questionnaires entirely for the purpose of this thesis. During the period of December 2022 - January 2023, questionnaires were given to professional TAXI drivers, clients of Maria Giannakopoulou's accounting office, where the motorists anonymously recorded their experience of the Region of Western Greece's school route tenders. In total, from the 100 clients of the office where they maintain their headquarters in the region mentioned before, as professional motorists only 40% participated in the research by answering the questionnaires, specifically motorists from regional area of Ilias and Achaias, a number which amounts to thirty-six (36) professional drivers.
