dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει την οικονομική πορεία του θεσμού της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης από το Πρόγραμμα «Καποδίστριας» (1997-2010) έως το σχέδιο «Καλλικράτη- Νέα αρχιτεκτονική της Αυτοδιοίκησης και της Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης» το οποίο εφαρμόζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Προκειμένου να διεξαχθούν χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα αρχικά θα γίνει προσπάθεια οικονομικής ανάλυσης κυρίως με τη χρήση αριθμοδεικτών απολογιστικών στοιχείων των Δήμων δεκαέξι (16) Νομών κυρίως που περιλαμβάνουν νησιά από 2005-2016 καθώς και συσχέτιση με στοιχεία τουριστικής κίνησης. Στη συνέχεια θα ακολουθήσει η οικονομική ανάλυση και σύγκριση των απολογιστικών στοιχείων των Δήμων όλων των Νομών της Ελλάδος από 2013-2016 διότι τα στοιχεία είναι πλήρη. Επίσης, θα γίνει προσπάθεια συσχέτισης των οικονομικών δεδομένων των Δήμων σε επίπεδο Νομού με το κατά κεφαλήν ΑΕΠ της περιοχής ως δείκτης ευημερίας και ανάπτυξης.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The aim of the current project is the presentation of the economic progress of the constitution of local government since the establishment and application of “Kapodistrias” Programme (1997-2010) and sequential substitution by “Kalikratis – New Framework of Local Government and Decentralized Administration” (2010 and onward), which is currently in action. Aiming to the production of useful conclusions, a presentation and discussion of financial analysis will be initially conducted supported by the accounting data indicators of municipalities based on 16 counties, focusing mainly on the ones that include islands during the period 2005-2016; therefore, accounting data of these municipalities will be correlated with touristic growth data. Next, discussion will be focused on financial analysis and comparison of the accounting data indicators of all national counties within the period of 2013-2016, because the raw data are complete. In addition, the financial data of the individual counties will be correlated with the corresponding GDP (Gross Domestic Product) as an indicator of prosperity and growth.	el
