The subject of ethics is a contradictory point of view over time, as the absolute definition of ethics is not possible. This is because an act that is considered ethical by someone may not be included in another person's code of ethics. However, there are specific attitudes and choices that are universally regarded as immoral. In this paper we study the term of ethics in business management. Since businesses are governed by people, it gets easily understood and there are issues and dilemmas of moral nature.Business ethics has begun in the last few decades to absorb interest not only in the business world but also in the consumer community, stressing the need for business responsibilities due to the impact their operation on society. As a result, practically all businesses are now drafting codes of conduct, applying corporate governance principles, and making efforts to build a positive influence on the overall environment in which they operate.Clearly, these operations have a leading role in the management of the business, which sets the limits and defines the priorities of business action. The present study is a bibliographic review and for its completion Greek and foreign writings were used, as recent as possible. The aim is to make the reader understand the form of ethics in business, as well as the role played by management and its members in this matter.
