This research investigates the teaching of academic skills in a student with multiple congenital arthrogryposis under supporting program of parallel support. The study was conducted based on some research hypotheses: if the teaching of educational skills (language, mathematics) facilitated by the program and the learning process of parallel support, if the differentiated teaching skills facilitates student understanding of texts and expands the emotional autonomy with others and if targeted and personalized teaching effectively supported the integration process of the student with arthrogryposis multiplex congenital. The survey was conducted in the field of special needs education and methodology are mixed, consisting of quantitative and qualitative data. The issue of research identified with the practice, which relates to student case study Seriously Orthopedic Defects. Qualitative data were collected through observation methodology: Basic Skills Checklists (BSC), the Framework Curriculum for Special Education (FCSE) for students with SEN, the comments on the general and specific learning difficulties, and empirical observation. For quantitative data, questionnaires were administered to 29 teachers and 10 parents of the parents' association and guardians. Also, four adults were interviewed involved with the student: Director, classroom teacher, trainer and mother of the student. Data were analyzed using the excel program and the results visualized in tables and graphs.
