| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, η οποία στηρίζεται στο νέο νόμο περί των ανωνύμων εταιρειών ν.4548/2018, θα αναλυθεί η σύσταση της ανώνυμης εταιρείας.
Αρχικά θα παρουσιαστούν οι επιχειρήσεις και οι οντότητες, οι νομικές μορφές των εταιρειών και στο τέλος θα παρουσιαστεί η ανώνυμη εταιρεία. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, αναφέρονται οι γενικές διατάξεις της ανώνυμης εταιρείας. Επιπλέον, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, θα αναλυθεί το διοικητικό συμβούλιο της ανώνυμης εταιρείας. Αρχικά το πώς εκλέγεται το διοικητικό συμβούλιο, πώς διορίζονται τα μέλη του διοικητικού Συμβουλίου. Στη συνέχεια ο τρόπος που εκπροσωπείται μία ανώνυμη εταιρεία καθώς και τη νομική σχέση των μελών του διοικητικού Συμβουλίου με την εταιρεία. Επιπρόσθετα, ο χρόνος θητείας των μελών του διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, συγκρότηση του σε σώμα ελάχιστος αριθμός μελών του διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και ποιες οι εξουσίες κατέχει το διοικητικό συμβούλιο. Στο τέταρτο μέρος της εργασίας, θα αναφερθεί η γενική συνέλευση της ανώνυμης εταιρείας. Πως η γενική συνέλευση αποτελεί το ανώτατο όργανο οι αρμοδιότητες της και τα είδη των γενικών συνελεύσεων. Επιπρόσθετα, η απόφαση Γενικής συνέλευσης η πρόσκληση και δημοσιότητα και πώς γίνεται η ενημέρωση των μετόχων. Στο πέμπτο και έκτο κεφάλαιο θα παρουσιαστούν τα λογιστικά βιβλία και η λύση της εταιρείας αντίστοιχα. Στο έβδομο και τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας, παρουσιάζεται ένα ολοκληρωμένο παράδειγμα φορολογικής δήλωσης της εταιρείας ώστε να γίνει αντιληπτός ο κώδικας φορολογίας .
Στο τέλος της εργασίας θα πραγματοποιηθεί εξαγωγή αποτελεσμάτων. | el |

In the fourth part of the work, the General Assembly of the Societe Anonyme will be mentioned. How the General Meeting is the supreme body its responsibilities and the types of general assemblies. In addition, the General Meeting Decision The invitation and publicity and how to inform the shareholders. In the fifth and sixth chapter, the accounting books and the company's solution will be presented respectively. In the seventh and last part of the work, a comprehensive example of a Tax Declaration of the Company is presented to make the Code of Taxation.
