| dc.description.abstract | Η συμπερίληψη ευάλωτων και μειονεκτούντων πληθυσμών, απαράβατη προϋπόθεση για τη δημιουργία μιας αρμονικής και συνεκτικής κοινωνίας, αποτελεί σήμερα έναν από τους διακηρυγμένους στόχους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να προσεγγίσει τη βαθμιαία ενσωμάτωση της συμπεριληπτικής διάστασης στις ευρωπαϊκές πολιτικές και προγράμματα, ώστε να αξιολογηθεί ο αντίκτυπός τους στο μικροεπίπεδο του πολιτιστικού και δημιουργικού τομέα. Εστιάζοντας ειδικότερα στο πρόγραμμα της Επιτροπής «Δημιουργική Ευρώπη», αναζητούμε εάν τα έργα που εγκρίνονται και χρηματοδοτούνται προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη υποεκπροσωπούμενων ατόμων και ομάδων, ως δημιουργών ή ως κοινού. Η έρευνα διαπίστωσε ότι καθώς η πολιτική βούληση υπάρχει, έχουν γίνει σημαντικά βήματα τα τελευταία χρόνια και η συμπεριληπτική διάσταση παρουσιάζεται σαφώς ενισχυμένη. Ωστόσο πρέπει να γίνουν ακόμα πολλά μέχρι να εμπεδωθεί ένα πραγματικά συμπεριληπτικό και ισότιμο περιβάλλον για όλους.
Καθώς η συμπερίληψη μέσω του Πολιτισμού αποτελεί μία από τις πλέον ελπιδοφόρες προκλήσεις του 21ου αιώνα, ευελπιστούμε η ανάδειξη του παραπάνω θέματος να αποτελέσει τη συμβολή της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. | el |

| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The inclusion of vulnerable and disadvantaged populations is an indispensable prerequisite for the creation of a harmonious and cohesive society and in nowadays is one of the declared goals of the European Union. In this context, the purpose of this study is to approach the gradual integration of the inclusive dimension into European policies and programs in order to evaluate their impact at the micro-level of the cultural and creative sector. Focusing specifically on the European Commission's "Creative Europe" program, we are investigating whether the projects that are approved and funded ultimately promote the inclusion of underrepresented individuals and groups, both as creators and as the audience. The research has found that as long as there is political will, significant steps have been taken in recent years, and the inclusive dimension is clearly reinforced. However, much more needs to be done to establish a truly inclusive and equitable environment for everyone.
As inclusion through Arts stands as one of the most promising challenges of the 21st century, we hope that highlighting the above issue will constitute the contribution of this thesis. | el |
