| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει τις ευεργετικές ιδιότητες του ελαιολάδου στη χρήση καλλυντικών για τον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, παρουσιάζεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή και καταγράφονται τα συστατικά και τα χαρακτηριστικά του ελαιοκάρπου. Ακόμα, καταγράφεται η χημική σύσταση του ελαιολάδου, η σύνθεση των λιπαρών του οξέων, καθώς και τα ασαπωνοποίητα και σαπωνοποιήσιμα συστατικά του. Επίσης, καταγράφονται οι αντιοξειδωτικές και θεραπευτικές ιδιότητες του ελαιολάδου, καθώς και η θετική του επίδραση σε διάφορες παθήσεις του ανθρώπινου οργανισμού. Πιο αναλυτικά, παρουσιάζεται η σημασία της χρήσης του ελαιολάδου στην κοσμετολογία, καταγράφονται οι διαφορετικές ποιότητες και οι ευεργετικές του ιδιότητες για το ανθρώπινο δέρμα. Ακόμα, παρουσιάζεται η χρήση του ελαιολάδου στην παρασκευή σαπουνιών, καθώς και οι μέθοδοι παρασκευής τους. Τέλος, καταγράφονται τα οφέλη του ελαιολάδου στην επιδερμίδα του ανθρώπου και οι τρόποι αντιμετώπισης του ξηρού, του λιπαρού και του ώριμου δέρματος. | el |

| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The purpose of this dissertation is to present the beneficial properties of olive oil in the use of cosmetics for the human body. More specifically, a historical background is presented and the ingredients and characteristics of the olive fruit are recorded. Also, the chemical composition of olive oil, the composition of its fatty acids, as well as its saponified and saponifiable components are recorded. Also, the antioxidant and healing properties of olive oil are recorded, as well as its positive effect on various diseases of the human body. In more detail, the importance of the use of olive oil in cosmetology is presented, the different qualities and its beneficial properties for human skin are recorded. Also, the use of olive oil in the manufacture of soaps is presented, as well as the methods of their preparation. Finally, the benefits of olive oil on human skin and the ways of dealing with dry, oily and mature skin are recorded. | el |
